STATE PORTAL, SERVICE DELIVERY GATEWAY (SSDG) AND e-FORM:

The State Portal, SSDG & e-forms is a project formulated under the National e- Governance Plan (NeGP) to fulfil the vision of providing Government services to the citizens in an easy and convenient manner through remote access through computer network or mobile services.

WHAT IS STATE SERVICE DELIVERY GATEWAY (SSDG)?

SSDG will act as Standards-based messaging switch and provide seamless interoperability and exchange of data across the departments.

Current Status of SSDG in Manipur:

  • Citizens can now avail Government services from www.manipurportal.mn.gov.in by submission of applications on e-forms through internet or by visiting Common Service Centres (CSC).
  • At present 40 services from 7 Departments are available online at the State Portal.
  • As an extension of the Mobile Platform, DIT has integrated SMS-based system for ascertaining the status of Pension Advice. Pensioners can now find out the status of their Pension Payment Advice though their Mobile Phones by sending an SMS to 51969. Format - mnpn
  • Currently Manipur State Portal is on process to
  1. Implement Mobile Grievance.
  2. Mobile application store.
  3. Facilitate Payment Gateway.
  4. SMS base bill information for Power Department
